Leslie Woll, undergraduate aerospace engineering student, receives a distinguished graduate award from AFROTC at a commissioning ceremony for Joint Reserve Officer Training Corps Thursday, May 17, 2007, in the East Room of the White House, as U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates administers the commissioning oath to the ROTC members.
